Italian chocolate maker Ferrero is continuing to weigh a bid for rival Cadbury after the latter rejected a $16.2 billion offer from Kraft. Ferrero began contemplating an offer for Cadbury in November. Since then, though, reports claimed that the company's interest had waned. A spokesman for the company, which makes Nutella spread and Tic-Tacs, among other sweets, said, however, that "nothing has changed."
