Make sure the way you communicate at work isn't misinterpreted by the opposite gender or it could hurt your leadership chances, Roz Usheroff and Beth Banks Cohn argue in their new book. Some "gender traps" include women saying "It's only my opinion," which seems weak, and men hiding their feelings, which makes people uncomfortable, they say.
