"We try to keep the mystique," explains United Airlines spokeswoman Robin Urbanski, who declines to give membership numbers for its highest-echelon program. Besides the highest level of personalized service, members of these programs might get time on an airline flight simulator or invitations for behind-the-scenes tours.
