Weak oil prices and reduced drilling will not stop North Dakota's oil patch from posting an output record in 2009, state and industry officials said. The state will generate about 80 million barrels of oil this year, compared with a record 62.8 million barrels in 2008, state Department of Mineral Resources Director Lynn Helms said. Final production figures won't be released until the first quarter of 2010.
