Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano vows her department will "find and fix the vulnerabilities in our systems" that allowed a would-be bomber to board a flight bound for Detroit. In an op-ed for USA TODAY, Napolitano says improved information-sharing and heightened airport security will help keep the flying public safe. "We must ensure we are using every tool at our disposal, and collaborating to the fullest extent possible, to prevent, detect and deter terrorism," she writes.
