Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., have worked out a timetable that allows a final vote on a proposal to overhaul the nation's health care system Thursday morning. Under the deal, Reid still will need to hold on to 60 votes during a procedural vote today to overcome a threatened Republican filibuster. The final vote on Thursday will require a simple 51-vote majority to pass.
