Sixty percent of Pfizer-surveyed U.S. primary care doctors using fully operational EHR systems said they are more likely to report drug-related adverse events when using EHRs. "This survey furthers our understanding about how we can best use electronic health records systems to collect critical information about the safe and appropriate use of our products so that we can improve patient safety," said the company's chief medical officer.
