A Dallas teacher has earned the O'Donnell Texas AP Teacher Award for excellence for his success in teaching high-school Advanced Placement classes, an honor that comes with a $30,000 prize. Christopher Bruhn was selected for his passion and for his students' success on AP physics exams. Bruhn, who was an aerospace engineer before becoming an educator, mentors other AP teachers in chemistry and physics.
