After a second security breach closed down a New York-area airport, Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y. is calling on the Port Authority and the TSA to investigate the "failures of personnel" that led to massive delays and financial losses. "There has been a little bit of complacency that has set in after 9/11," Schumer told The New York Times, adding that better security simply required "a little bit of vigilance; you don't need a great technological innovation."
