Security officials were tracking a second Nigerian-born engineer on the same flight as alleged underwear bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, CNN has learned. Emmanuel Chukwu, a naturalized U.S. citizen, was questioned for several hours after Northwest Flight 253 landed in Detroit, but CNN reports that Chukwu already had been flagged by the TECS database, possibly due to a 2008 incident in which an unloaded shotgun was discovered in his checked luggage at Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport. The Department of Homeland Security refused to comment on the matter.
