In a survey of more than 10,000 Internet shoppers, Amazon's U.K. Web site received a customer satisfaction score of 83%, clearly emerging as the leader. Last year, the Amazon site and Play.com each received a score of 78%, according to Foresee research. Meanwhile, Debenhams, M&M Direct, The Orange Shop, WH Smith and John Lewis all increased their customer satisfaction ratings.
