When China's export value soared as much as 17% in December, it confirmed that the country has replaced Germany as the world's No. 1 exporter, analysts said. Exports increased to $130 billion last month, exceeding economists' expectations. "One thing is for sure, China is the leading exporter globally," said Zhang Yansheng, director of the Institute of Foreign Trade of the National Development and Reform Commission.
