GDP rose 5.7% in the fourth quarter, even as unemployment hung at record-high levels and foreclosures continued at a steady clip. "I don't think there's ever been such a large disconnect between the GDP and what ordinary people are experiencing," said Hazel Henderson, president of Ethical Markets Media.
