The Federal Reserve was set today to release testimony that Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke submitted to Congress regarding the central bank's exit strategy from stimulus efforts. While Mr. Bernanke's testimony is expected to discuss exit details, the plans are not expected to be implemented until a much later date, observers say. "The Fed is a ways away from implementing exit strategies," said Julia Coronado, a BNP Paribas economist.
