A line of Soft & Smooth Plus breads fortified with DHA Omega-3 has been launched by Sara Lee North American Fresh Bakery. The breads are available in whole wheat and a white bread made with whole grain and contain DHA Omega-3 made by Martek Biosciences.
A Norwegian study of more than 43,700 women found that exercising during pregnancy had no significant effect on a baby's birth weight. The researchers found, however, that women who were overweight before getting pregnant were more likely to have a heavier baby.
