Franchise retail and restaurant companies, including 7-Eleven and Hooters, are putting their CEOs front and center in a new CBS series that follows corporate chiefs as they spend a day in the shoes of an average worker. Despite the potential for embarrassment, one PR expert sees an appearance on "Undercover Boss" as a chance for CEOs to show they "are really interested in their employees and what the customer service experience is like."
