Cutting-edge products and business models only come about because people have both vision and the courage of their convictions, says Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg. Only by "having an emphasis on making bold decisions and being bold," he says, can companies cut through the red tape that too often hampers creative thought. "Making it so that this is a place where people can move quickly is just key," he adds.
