The new management team at Japan Airlines says it will decide as soon as possible on a U.S partner, but that the carrier at the moment remains "neutral." "Under new management, the company is seriously reviewing the issue from scratch, without being influenced by previous discussions," said Masaru Onishi during his first news conference as president of the troubled airline, which is being aggressively wooed by Delta Air Lines and American Airlines.
