Macquarie Group has sold its stakes in two real estate funds for $264 million as well as the rights to manage them. As part of that transaction, Australian property fund company Charter Hall Group has acquired the management rights to Macquarie Office Trust and Macquarie CountryWide Trust and three unlisted funds for $95 million. The transaction is part of Macquarie's move to traditional financial services.
