Sears is redesigning and relaunching its entire Kenmore line of appliances with a TV, social-media and in-store push, in an effort to make the brand more relevant and contemporary, Kenmore Vice President Betsy Owens says. The company will be focusing on interactive online offerings and on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter content. "We saw that as an opportunity to use real people as our brand ambassadors," Owens says.
