Members of the Senate banking committee are moving forward with negotiations on legislation to overhaul financial regulation, but some lawmakers' patience appears to be wearing thin. "I do feel we're very close on the major points," said Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn. Sen. Christopher Dodd, chairman of the panel, indicated that it is about time to make a move. "We are now getting to the point where we need to pull the trigger," Mr. Dodd said.
