A high-school teacher was one of six people chosen to ask President Barack Obama a question during a town hall forum in New Hampshire on Tuesday. Judy Loftus asked Obama what he plans to do about No Child Left Behind. "I've seen the impact of that in my school and it hasn't been a positive impact," she said. "We're focused more on testing and worrying about test scores than what's right for kids." Obama told the audience he wants to maintain the accountability included in NCLB. Loftus says she plans to write Obama a follow-up letter to share her thoughts on the federal law.
