Investors in Asia's share markets appeared concerned about moves by central banks in China, Japan and the U.S. Japan's Nikkei 225, Singapore's Straits Times Index and Thailand's SET Index closed flat. Australia's S&P/ASX 200 dropped 0.7%, South Korea's Kospi Composite fell 0.8% and China's Shanghai Composite declined 1.2%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index shed 0.6%, Taiwan's Taiex lost 1.5% and New Zealand's NZX 50 bucked the trend by gaining 0.2%.
