Hoss Zare, chef of Zare at Fly Trap in San Francisco, will celebrate the Persian New Year by offering restaurant patrons a five-course meal that includes frog legs, pomegranate stew and lime sorbet with rice noodles. "This year my sister and I will both sit down to the same table, preparing many of the same dishes -- she in Iran and I in San Francisco," he said.
