Mark Murphy, president and CEO of TravelPulse.com's parent company Performance Media Group, says he's witnessing a lot of traffic in Las Vegas and is hearing good things about travel agents' role in the city's revival. "In several meetings this week Las Vegas travel executives brought up the resurgence of the travel agent," Murphy writes. "They also commented on how their particular hotels are clearly focusing on getting more business from the agents, while others have talked about their personal experiences with agents."
