A diet rich in vegetables, fruits and soy can reduce the risk of breast cancer in women by 30%, according to a study of 34,000 Chinese women. Researchers said Chinese diet patterns weren't all that different from those in the U.S. and included a bad pattern of meat, starch and saturated fat along with a good pattern of vegetable, fruit and soy.
