Fliers arriving in Birmingham, England, with biometric passports can now skip the immigration line and use new electronic kiosks with facial-recognition technology sensitive enough to distinguish between identical twins. "There's no need to be concerned about the storage of data," says an official with the U.K. Border Agency, because the scanner "only has access to information already stored in your passport."
