The Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco has avoided foreclosure thanks to a new equity partner and a significant payment on the property's debt. Owner Millennium Partners, with the help of private-equity group Westbrook Partners, paid down the hotel's debt from $90 million to $55 million in a deal that gave Westbrook two-thirds ownership of the hotel, while Millennium retains one-third ownership interest and continues to manage the hotel.
