The new health care law offers help for small-business owners in the form of new options, but insurance premiums are likely to increase, writes Rhonda Abrams. The self-employed and small-business owners with 25 employees or fewer should probably incorporate or form a limited liability company and purchase insurance through the business, most likely through a state exchange set to begin in 2014, she recommends.
