Following two major acquisitions last year, Republic Airways Holdings says it will introduce a "unified brand plan" in the spring, suggesting both the Frontier Airlines and Midwest Airlines names could disappear. "We will get to a unified brand," Republic CEO Bryan Bedford said Friday. "We believe both Frontier and Midwest bring great brand value to us. And we need to work in a path of fusing these brands that retains as much customer loyalty as we can."
