The designers and builders behind the $120 million Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in Seattle have filed claims for more than $34 million against the building, saying they have not been paid. The 21-story building includes a 149-room hotel topped by 36 condominiums said to be the most expensive ever marketed in Seattle. Records indicate only one condo has sold in the past year, leaving 13 on the market.
