A survey for the UK government found that many UK consumers are not aware that they have the right to return products they bought online. The survey found that 77% of respondents did not realise that online and high-street consumer rights differ. "It is important we all know that most online goods can be returned with no questions asked within seven days. We want confident consumers who can assert their rights and get a good deal," said Kevin Brennan, the consumer minister.
