Women are less confident in making their retirement investment decisions and worry more than men that they might not have enough saved to retire, a MassMutual survey found. It's critical advisers keep employees up to date in a way that appeals to them -- 67% of men and women prefer to receive their plan information from their retirement plan provider and financial adviser -- said Elaine Sarsynski, executive vice president of MassMutual's retirement services division.
