While agencies must invest in technology to survive, they also need to recognize the value of strong creative -- and the people who develop it, according to Rishad Tobaccowala, chief strategy and innovation officer for Publicis Groupe's VivaKi. "We need to make absolutely sure we bring in the builders," Tobaccowala said at the 4A's Transformation 2010 conference in San Francisco.
