Travel writer Harriet Baskas says U.S. airports don't seem to be stressing too much over the new Department of Transportation's passenger protection policy, which includes hefty fines for boarded flights that are delayed for more than three hours. In fact, Baskas writes, "the message from many airports around the country seems to be, 'Bring it on.'"
