American Airlines and JetBlue are capitalizing on JetBlue's strengths at New York's Kennedy and Boston's Logan airports as well as American's international reach from those gateways. The airlines have formed an interline agreement and are proposing to swap slots at Kennedy and Washington's Reagan National airports. "Our two teams are also exploring other commercial cooperation, including establishing a reciprocal frequent-flyer program," American CEO Gerard Arpey said.
