Former real estate developer Gordon Hartman created and named Morgan's Wonderland in honor of his 16-year-old daughter, who has a severe cognitive delay. Admission to the park is free for children with special needs, and the attractions include a sensory area, a music garden, an area for water play, and special bracelets that contain microchips to help keep track of visitors.
