Toward the end of a congressional hearing that lasted nearly 11 hours, Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein said his firm will take a hard look at the way it does business. "Everything that's been the subject of criticism will be tightened up," he said. Blankfein faced sometimes-savage criticism from lawmakers during the session. "You're going short against the very security [you're selling] ... many of which are described as crap by your own sales force internally," said Sen. Carl Levin, D-Mich., chairman of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations.
