First Yahoo! made overtures; now Microsoft and Facebook are reportedly in talks with location-based social network Foursquare, which would likely be valued at more than $100 million. Yet Foursquare already has revenue streams and just launched a raft of new business-facing features, so it's possible that co-founder Dennis Crowley would rather hold on to the company and try to turn a profit on his own.
