A relative says Joseph Sean McVey was probably "in the wrong place at the wrong time" when he showed up with a firearm at the Asheville Regional Airport in North Carolina moments after the departure of President Barack Obama. Acquaintances in Ohio say the 23-year-old McVey was a traffic-safety volunteer who probably had dreams of being in law enforcement. McVey was given a warning in January after officers discovered a handgun in his vehicle, and he had obtained his concealed weapon permit six days before his arrest in Asheville. A judge set his next court date for June 10, and McVey is being held on a $100,000 bond.
