Small businesses and their employees should do a checkup to determine how the health care reform bill will affect them now and in the future, Robert Rogers writes. The five main areas of the bill that affect small businesses are the exemption for businesses with payroll of less than $250,000, the tax credit, the SHOP Exchange, small-business cafeteria plans and small-business wellness grants. He notes that small businesses that are paying for coverage now will see the most immediate benefits.
