Singer-actress Jennifer Hudson is the new face of a Weight Watchers campaign that includes TV spots, a chat on the company's Facebook page and a blog detailing her successful efforts to lose weight on the company's site. The former "American Idol" contestant was chosen because she is a "regular woman who has struggled with her weight, but has found a winning formula that works for her life," said Cheryl Callan, director for marketing at Weight Watchers North America.
