Sales of Manhattan condominiums and co-ops are on the rise, according to Miller Samuel and Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate. But prices have fallen, and only the units repriced for the new market are moving. "Buyers out there who are sophisticated are bypassing the product that is significantly overpriced," said Jonathan Miller, president of Miller Samuel. "The people who are priced correctly are seeing their properties sell."
