A new company is launching a paid service designed to help Twitter users gain more attention for their tweets. Called TweetUp, the service will let users bid on key words that will give their posts top rankings, and will also organize tweets based on popularity. "We feel Twitter is unbelievably powerful, but finding the thoughtful tweets amid all the noise is unbelievably hard," said founder and serial entrepreneur Bill Gross. "What we're bringing is a new sort-order to tweets."
