James Rohr, chief executive officer at PNC Financial Services Group, told shareholders at their annual meeting that the company is "off to an excellent start to 2010." Rohr said that the PNC board of directors wants to see more economic "stability," regulatory clarity and "consistently strong earnings" before restoring the dividend. Meanwhile, the Treasury said it will sell nearly 17 million warrants to buy PNC common shares it received through the Troubled Asset Relief Program.
