Many talented women leave large corporations after years of disappointment and frustration, leaving a dearth of women in top leadership roles, Marcia Reynolds writes. She notes many businesswomen see corporate work as a training ground for starting their own businesses but urges women to consider staying to help change the face of leadership and challenge CEOs to put more women on boards and in positions of power. "When all strong, valuable women make their voices heard, we can tip the scales of power forever. We need to push from the inside as well as the outside," she writes.
