Willie Walsh, CEO at British Airways, said he is planning on the basis the cabin crew's strike will start Tuesday as he doesn't expect negotiations to yield a breakthrough. "I don't expect any progress today," Walsh said. "We've got to plan on the basis that the action is going ahead and therefore the contingency plans that we've developed and that we announced last week will be put in to effect and I'm confident that British Airways ... will continue to fly," he said. The airline also has asked a judge to block the strike, but a decision has yet to be made.
