Dell will introduce a five-inch touch-screen Android-based mobile Internet device, called the "Streak," in the U.K. next month and this summer in the U.S., the PC maker said Tuesday. The device -- which Dell termed a "tablet," but was described as being more like a phone in at least one report -- will run on Qualcomm's Snapdragon chip and include cell phone capabilities along with Wi-Fi and 3G wireless connectivity. AT&T will market the device in the U.S., according to reports.
