A resolution aimed at overturning the Environmental Protection Agency's "endangerment finding" -- which would let the agency regulate greenhouse-gas emissions -- will likely come before the Senate for a vote June 10, according to Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska. Former EPA Administrator Russell Train has written to Senate leaders to oppose the resolution: It "would rollback Clean Air Act protections and prevent the EPA from regulating greenhouse gas emissions, notwithstanding the agency's scientific determination that these pollutants endanger human health and welfare," he wrote.
