Peter Voser, CEO of Royal Dutch Shell, said there have been no orders to halt drilling in the Gulf of Mexico and that it is too early to tell what the U.S. government's plans are in response to the BP oil spill two weeks ago. Investigations are ongoing, he said, and the incident will only have a minimal effect on crude prices and production. "The most important thing right now is to contain the oil spill," Voser added.
